The Elements Cosmetics makes every effort to have all products in stock. Please note that some products may not be on stock shelves and have to be pre-ordered from our manufacturers. Shipping times may vary. See shipping policy below:

Standard Processing, Priority Shipping and Delivery 7-14 business days on some orders

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Shipping at a fee of $5.00.

Free shipping on all domestic US orders $30.00 or more.

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days  Please allow at least 7-14 business days to receive your shipment.

 

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you must contact us to initiate the return of your merchandise within 5 business days of the delivery of your product. After which, you have an additional 3 days to physically return the item(s) back and provide us the tracking number for a store credit ONLY. After 5 days from the point of delivery, no returns/exchanges shall be accepted. Please return items in original condition (unworn, unaltered) with the tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied and returned to sender. You can email us at fashionbeautiesusa@gmail.com. Items of return or exchange are clothing, jewelry, and handbags only. Cosmetics, wigs and hair pieces are not returnable or exchangeable due to sanitary conditions.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO or U.S Territories

The Elements Cosmetics will ship to APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to Domestic P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses must be sent using USPS Priority Mail. Because these are government addresses and therefore must be shipped using this method. Delivery may take longer than the standard transit times quoted. 

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii & the U.S. Territories
   
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or any of the U.S. territories may take up to an additional 10 business days to arrive. We ship to U.S. Territories including American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Orders shipped to these locations must be shipped USPS Priority Mail may take longer than the standard transit times for arrival.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards/ debit cards (Visa, American Express, Master Card, Discover), Paypal and Afterpay. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal: You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account. All purchases are immediately billed and will show on your credit card statement as The Elements Cosmetics

By placing an order with The Elements Cosmetics you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable Customs Import fees and/or surcharges. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
Please understand The Elements Cosmetics is not responsible for lost, broken, missing or misplaced packages due by the carrier. Please contact your local postal carrier for information. Orders cannot be canceled after being shipped.

Order Cancellations or Changes

Once you submit your order, we are unable to make cancellations or changes. If you want to cancel or change your order please email us within 24 hours at fashionbeautiesusa@gmail.com with your name and order number.

The Elements Cosmetics is not responsible for the forces of nature due to any weather conditions or man made conditions.

Orders are not processed or shipped on holidays or weekends

The Elements Cosmetics does not ship internationally at this time
